Don Baldridge is Executive Vice President of Midstream and Chemicals for Phillips 66. Baldridge has more than 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, commercial and acquisition assessment.
Baldridge joined Phillips 66 in 2023 through the acquisition of DCP Midstream. He joined as Interim CEO of DCP Midstream, but prior to that position, he served as DCP Midstream’s president of operations, overseeing the Permian and South business units, including Sand Hills and other related logistics, marketing and commercial operations. In that role, he oversaw all trading for the company.
Previously, Baldridge was president of commercial where he led all commercial activity for gathering and processing and NGL logistics, as well as origination, business development, optimization, contract administration, gas control and marketing and trading.
Baldridge began his career with DCP Midstream as director of corporate development, managing acquisition evaluation and negotiations for multiple midstream acquisition opportunities. He held various other roles with the company, including vice president of business development, responsible for business and corporate development activities coordinated with DCP Midstream Partners.
Baldridge has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Denver.
