Doug T. Terreson is a member of the board of directors for Phillips 66. He is chair of the audit and finance and serves on the nominating and governance, public policy and sustainability and executive committees.

Terreson previously served as the Head of Global Energy at Evercore ISI from 2009 until 2021, where he covered the Integrated Oil, Exploration and Production and Refining and Marketing sectors. Prior to joining Evercore ISI, Terreson spent 15 years as the Head of Global Energy Group at Morgan Stanley and managed Putnam Investments’ energy mutual fund from 1991 to 1993. Before entering the investment industry, Terreson served as an Engineer with Schlumberger NV on the U.S. Gulf Coast from 1984 to 1987.

Terreson is the chair of the investment committee of the Mississippi State University Foundation Board.
