Charles M. Holley is a member of the board of directors for Phillips 66. He serves on the audit and finance and public policy and sustainability committees.

Holley is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wal-Mart Inc. (Walmart) where he served from 2010 to 2015. He previously served in various accounting and finance roles at Walmart as well as Walmart International, where he helped lead Walmart’s expansion into international markets through a combination of greenfield investments, joint ventures and acquisitions.

Holley previously served as Independent Senior Advisor, Chief Financial Officer Program for Deloitte LLP from 2016 to 2019. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Presidents’ Development Board. Holley also serves on the boards of directors of Amgen and Carrier Global.
